SHIPPING

Make Merry currently ships to Canada and the United States. For customers outside of these two countries, please email us for a shipping quote.

Canadian Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping

For all products destined for Canada, a simple Flat Rate charge of $10.00 CDN (Regular Parcel) is added to each order, which means the more you buy, the more you save. Expedited shipping (Xpresspost) is also available for $15.

» NOTE: Certain over-sized or over-weight items may not qualify for flat rate shipping. Products that do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping will be clearly marked on the website. For a product that adds substantial weight to a shipment, it may need to be shipped separately in a special box.

Shipping Methods

We use Canada Post for all packages destined for Canada. If you want your item(s) shipped to you faster, we can quote a faster method of shipping if email us at hello@makemerryshop.com prior to making your purchase.

For local shoppers, pick-up in East Vancouver can be arranged, please contact us at hello@makemerryshop.com prior to placing your order. Make sure to choose the “Local Pickup” shipping option so you are not charged our flat rate shipping. We process orders twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need quicker pick up, let’s chat.

Shipping Time

Make Merry Party Shop will process orders and make shipments twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you need expedited shipment please contact us at hello@makemerryshop.com.

All products (unless otherwise requested) are shipped by Canada Post. The shipping times are as follows:

Regular Parcel ($10.00):

  • Local: 2 business days
  • Regional: up to 5 business days
  • National: up to 9 business days

Xpresspost ($15.00):

    • Local: next business day
    • Regional: next business day
    • National: 2 business days

Make Merry ships from Vancouver, BC. For more information on which region you are in, visit the Canada Post website.

Insurance

Regular Parcel shipping does not include insurance. Xpresspost includes $100 liability coverage.

If you wish to purchase extra insurance with your package there will be an additional cost to your order. Please contact us at hello@makemerryshop.com before placing your order to discuss any extra shipping options.

Once a package has left our facility, Make Merry is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur to your packages as we have no control over the carriers actions. If you have purchased additional insurance for your items, please notify us of any issues with your shipment immediately, so that we can help you to start a claim with the carrier.

Tracking Number

A Tracking number is provided with all Xpresspost ($15.00) shipments. This number will be sent to you by email from your account on www.makemerryshop.com

» NOTE: Make Merry Party Shop reserves the right to limit how much is being sent under the Flat Rate Shipping option. Anyone considered abusing the Flat Rate option will have their orders split into deliveries that are more manageable.

We do not accept wholesale orders and reserve the right to cancel any orders that are purchased for commercial/retail distribution.

US Shipping

All prices on the Make Merry website are in Canadian dollars. Make Merry ships from Vancouver, Canada. All products (unless otherwise requested) are shipped by Canada Post. Tracking and $100 liability coverage is included. A tracking number will be provided upon request.

  • Flat rate US shipping is $15 (CND). Estimated delivery is 4-7 days.
  • Express shipping is available for $20. Estimated delivery is 2-3 days.

RETURNS

At this time Make Merry Party shop does not accept returns or refunds on our product, all sales are final.

Damaged Product

If your package is delivered damaged please email us at hello@makemerryshop.com and send photos of your damaged package, and we will file a claim with Canada Post and determine next steps.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations on regular products are accepted prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it is too late to cancel.
